01 - Choose Your Stone

Come visit us in the showroom, bring your ideas, photos, swatches. We will go over all the pros and cons of each kind of stone to determine what's right for you and your lifestyle. Then, based on the stone you choose and the style of your project we will help you choose the perfect color.

If you are doing a renovation or your new build is at lock up stage, we encourage you to take home samples and see how they look in your space, and the natural light in morning, afternoon and night.

02 - Submit Your Measurements

In addition to choosing your stone, bring us your blueprints, cabinet drawings or sketches, we'll review all the details until we have everything we need to prepare your quote.

If you are keeping your existing cabinets and don't feel comfortable measuring yourself, we are happy to come do a site measure for you.

All quotes are subject to change once templates come back to the shop and final measurements are taken.

03 - Approval & Deposit

We are happy to change out stone selections, update measurements and adjust options until you are completely satisfied with your quote. If you have chosen a stone with veining or a natural stone we will include a rendering of how the pattern could look on your counters.

Once we receive approval and a 50% deposit we you will be put in contact with our Production Coordinator who will work with you and your builder or cabinet maker to get all the required technical details, handle scheduling, and any questions you have during the production phase.

04 - Templating

As soon as your cabinet installation is complete we will send out our template team to create your templates to the exact measurements that will result in perfect fitting countertops. Once the templates have arrived back at the shop our production coordinator will double check all measurements to confirm if there are any changes from the measurements given for quoting. If there are changes that result in additional charges you will be informed within 24 business hours of templating.

At the time of templating all sinks must be on site and beside the cabinets that they belong to. We also require a decision maker to be on site to sign off on measurements and details. For more information on sinks, taps, dishwashers and cooktops, see our FAQ page.

05 - Fabrication

After templating, your countertops will go into fabrication which can take 3-5 business days depending on how far in advanced you booked, the complexity of your project, such as if you have chosen a mitered profile and the type of stone you chose. We will give you your projected installation date upon approval and confirm the date when templating has been completed.

During this time we are cutting your pieces to size, routering sink openings, polishing edges, scribing wall edges to fit the wall perfectly, sealing natural stone and preforming a final inspection before leaving the shop.

06 - Installation

Once all your pieces are perfected our installation team will be on site to complete your project installing tops, putting seams together, undermounting sinks (we do not connect any plumbing), we will drill the tap holes with the direction of a decision maker who will need to be on site at time of installation, and any other finishing touches that your specific job requires. Once everything is installed they will clean up the whole site and leave your new tops shining to perfection!
